Wide range of highly versatile routers
Highly versatile Cisco Systems routers (Cisco 1841/Cisco 2801/Cisco 2811 (USA only)) provided by KDDI allow flexible network construction. The package includes routers suitable for WAN line speed and connection interfaces.
Maintenance and operational monitoring
In the event of failure, KDDI offers a 24-hour inquiry and reporting line, furthermore KDDI investigates the cause of the failure and also works to restore the service. Dependent on the problem, an on-site maintenance service is also available.
Straightforward charging system
Charging is straightforward, prices are set according to the service area and maintenance content.
